What you will do
- Grow revenue from your restaurant portfolio by selling and activating hirify.global solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact, building strong, long-term partnerships with restaurants.
- Support your portfolio via email and phone, advising on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Define and execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Negotiate fair and sustainable commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and increase seat occupancy.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for hirify.global tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
- Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Fully computer literate, with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone.
- Experience managing a high volume of outbound/inbound calls and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts).
- Self-starter with a strong results focus and experience working with KPIs and targets.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Internet or technology sector.
- Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals or flash sales.
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimisation.
