What you will do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy aligned with quota expectations for hirify.global Ads.
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end for new customer acquisition, including technical, legal, and financial steps.
- Build deep expertise in hirify.global’s solutions and communicate key KPIs to drive adoption of Retail Media.
- Navigate complex organizations to build and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Expertise in Retail Media and Marketplace SaaS Solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Ad-tech ecosystem (DSPs, Ads servers, APIs, data-driven advertising solutions).
- Ability to prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets.
- Proven work ethic with a track record of consistent over-achievement and demonstrating ROI.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
Nice to have
- BA or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency in German or Dutch.
