Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Source and sign games and developer teams, customising competitive deal terms according to their ambitions and needs.
• Develop and execute business development tactics, optimising acquisition channels to increase awareness and impact.
• Provide leadership to the team, helping members make the right trade-offs and collaborating with various departments.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events (GDC, Pocket Gamer Connects, Gamescom) and inform the product roadmap with market insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record in negotiating custom deals, from prospecting to dealmaking.
• Combine a gut feel for games with an analytical approach to identify promising games and talented game developers.
• Have a passion for games and helping game developers be successful.
• Have an open mind to different cultures and be able to engage with a wide range of partners.
• Like travelling and are able to do so on a regular basis to grow the global game developer community.

• Experience in the casual gaming market.
• Experience as a speaker at industry events.
