Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
Salary: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews.

What you will do
- Source and sign games and developer teams, customising competitive deal terms according to their ambitions and needs.
- Develop and execute business development tactics, optimising acquisition channels to increase awareness and impact.
- Provide leadership to the team, helping members make the right trade-offs and collaborating with various departments.
- Represent at industry events (GDC, Pocket Gamer Connects, Gamescom) and inform the product roadmap with market insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record in negotiating custom deals, from prospecting to dealmaking.
- Combine a gut feel for games with an analytical approach to identify promising games and talented game developers.
- Have a passion for games and helping game developers be successful.
- Have an open mind to different cultures and be able to engage with a wide range of partners.
- Like travelling and are able to do so on a regular basis to grow the global game developer community.

- Experience in the casual gaming market.
- Experience as a speaker at industry events.
