What you will do

  • Work with Account Executives on complex deals for both hirify.global and Claap, influencing revenue.
  • Prepare custom demo environments, tailored workflows, and sample data.
  • Lead technical discovery calls and advanced demo sections, including integrations and multi-product use cases.
  • Provide technical credibility in enterprise/mid-market cycles to reduce friction for AEs.
  • Lead technical onboarding for high-value customers, focusing on deliverability and CRM/data integration.
  • Help customers build optimal outreach workflows leveraging automation, AI-powered personalization, and CRM alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Onboarding.
  • Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce & HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Ability to run compelling demos — both functional and technical.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interest and appetite for AI and willingness/experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • English fluency is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outbound, sales tech, or revenue operations.
  • Experience with deliverability, DNS, or email infrastructure.
  • API knowledge or technical curiosity (webhooks, JSON, integration logic).
  • Experience working in a PLG / SaaS environment.
