What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 20–25 key Corporate customers in the Swiss market.
  • Lead strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI to C-suite stakeholders through data-driven narratives.
  • Design and implement onboarding paths aligned with customer-specific business goals.
  • Guide customers on API usage and advanced product features to ensure deep technical integration.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and GTM teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Track adoption and retention targets while acting as a strategic consultant for the Swiss market.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within a scaling SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of retaining customers and building brand advocacy.
  • Technical comfort working with APIs and customer-facing integrations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Must be based in Germany (Berlin, Cologne, or Munich).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French or Italian.
