TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role, requiring office attendance twice a week in London, Berlin, or Cologne.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-growth accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.
  • Build and deepen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their strategy and goals.
  • Position hirify.global as a strategic partner, conducting business reviews to demonstrate value and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring effective integration and rapid achievement of customer goals.
  • Drive product adoption by strategically positioning hirify.global products and educating customers on API usage.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs by collaborating cross-functionally with internal hirify.global teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success experience, with a focus on growth.
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally with renewals and up-sell/cross-sell.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating solutions into customer products.
  • Fluency in German and English required; Spanish and/or French beneficial.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and demonstrate strategic thinking in a scale-up environment.
