What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-growth accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.
- Build and deepen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their strategy and goals.
- Position hirify.global as a strategic partner, conducting business reviews to demonstrate value and achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring effective integration and rapid achievement of customer goals.
- Drive product adoption by strategically positioning hirify.global products and educating customers on API usage.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs by collaborating cross-functionally with internal hirify.global teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success experience, with a focus on growth.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally with renewals and up-sell/cross-sell.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating solutions into customer products.
- Fluency in German and English required; Spanish and/or French beneficial.
- Proven experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive and demonstrate strategic thinking in a scale-up environment.
