What you will do
- Prospect, identify, develop, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities for SMB clients.
- Perform outbound activities, including calls and emails, to prospect and build revenue pipeline.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
- Identify and target key decision-makers, assessing their buying readiness and timelines.
- Capture and manage customer information and metrics within the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements
- 1+ years of closing sales experience.
- Experience closing deals valued at $25,000+ within organizations of 50+ employees.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Ability to prospect and generate 30-40% of your sales pipeline.
- Ability to build and manage your own book of business.
