What you will do

  • Implement Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new SaaS customers.
  • Increase portal usage, reduce customer churn, and cross-sell hirify.global solutions.
  • Achieve customer engagement, revenue, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
  • Monitor customer usage, providing detailed onboarding support and training.
  • Educate and support SaaS customers on using the TenderLink platform for tender and award notices.
  • Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink's products and services in organizations with decentralized procurement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Proven commitment to detail and customer service.
  • Professional telephone manner and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to constantly prioritize activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis.
  • Experience in upselling to existing customers and conducting difficult conversations.
  • Background in B2B sales solutions and account management experience.
  • Sound persuading, networking, and public speaking skills.
