What you will do
- Provide day-to-day customer service and support for projects and campaigns.
- Communicate and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in presenting campaign ideas and budgets to clients.
- Support processing budgets, managing campaign costs, and issuing invoices.
- Measure project and campaign effectiveness and create reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management within gaming, media, or advertising agencies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales support experience and ability to build client relationships.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability and creative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Fluent Japanese required.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in English with clients.
- Passion for games.
- Experience working in an international environment.
