What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with multiple teams.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Support team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Promote an open and trusting team environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably with multiple teams.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
