What you will do
- Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices effectively.
- Support the team in transitioning from project and siloed ways of working to a product and collaborative approach.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define product vision, build customer-focused backlogs, and prioritize delivery.
- Support the organization in aligning product teams to strategic initiatives and help create a unique scaled agile approach.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach individuals and teams towards continuous improvement and guide Product Owners on backlog practices.
Requirements
- Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to bridge Product Owner, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Proven conflict resolution skills, focusing on problem-solving.
- Demonstrable servant leadership qualities by empowering teams and removing obstacles.
- Deep understanding of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to run effective retrospectives and help teams measure and improve velocity, quality, and delivery practices.
Nice to have
- Scrum master certification.
- Experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD approach.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Scaled Agile, Jira, Confluence, Miro.
