What you will do

• Facilitate and coach Scrum teams through ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Remove blockers to enable the team to deliver their best work.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure everyone moves in the same direction.
• Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond the team.
• Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• German language skills.
