Location: Remote, but must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events for 2-3 teams and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve delivery flow.
• Guide teams toward predictable delivery and focus on sprint goals.
• Support backlog refinement, epic breakdown, and accurate commitments.
• Foster collaboration across teams and contribute to scaling efforts.
• Coach teams on the Agile mindset and self-organization.
• Track and present metrics (velocity, scope changes, etc.) to drive improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in multi-team environments.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery principles.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• English: B1 (intermediate).
• Russian: fluent.

Nice to have

• Scrum certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM).
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks like LeSS.
