What you will do

• Support Scrum teams in their daily work, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes tailored to team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles for the team and encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters in Agile skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to maintain project transparency.
• Ensure successful Agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing more than one Scrum team simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods and practical application experience.
• Ability to create, implement, and improve Agile processes for various teams and projects.
• Experience working on large projects or in large companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II/III, CSP-SM or similar).
• Strong skills in running Scrum meetings and team workshops.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• Good communication and people skills, including conflict resolution and team collaboration.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
