Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on Location and Experience.

What you will do

• Manage project scope and timelines, fostering a team culture of shared responsibility.
• Guide the team on agile principles, refine project scope, and facilitate workshops.
• Monitor project progress, remove impediments, and assess the impact of scope changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, understand business imperatives, and ensure professional communication.
• Strive for high-quality output, share progress, and conduct team reviews.
• Be commercially aware and manage the budget of projects.

Requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications desirable.
• Experience in a scrum master / agile delivery role.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic project environments, keeping delivery goals and team alignment in focus.
• Experience applying scrum and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
