Location: Remote/Regional within the United States. This role requires travel for customer and business needs, including frequent visits to customer sites and occasional overnight travel. Work will be conducted from a home office, company office, and customer sites.

What you will do
- Identify and target new customer opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and Design Engineering teams to scope customer needs and develop solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients and position as a trusted advisor.
- Represent at industry events and provide regular reporting on pipeline development.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in the Audio/Visual, Unified Communications, or related technology industry.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and establish executive-level relationships.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a geographic territory.
