TL;DR

Business Development Manager (AV/UC): Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within an assigned geographic region for AV/UC solutions with an accent on driving market expansion and building strategic customer relationships. Focus on penetrating new markets, collaborating with engineering teams for tailored solutions, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

Location: Remote/Regional within the United States. This role requires travel for customer and business needs, including frequent visits to customer sites and occasional overnight travel. Work will be conducted from a home office, company office, and customer sites.

What you will do

  • Identify and target new customer opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Design Engineering teams to scope customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients and position hirify.global as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and provide regular reporting on pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in the Audio/Visual, Unified Communications, or related technology industry.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and establish executive-level relationships.
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a geographic territory.
