What you will do
- Drive strategic commercial growth across Austin, Central Texas, and the Southwest region.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen market influence in electrical, building, and design communities.
- Identify, acquire, and develop high-value partners including electrical contractors, luxury builders, and architects.
- Convert strategic relationships into consistent revenue streams and flagship projects.
- Lead technical-commercial workshops and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales environments using the Way of Selling.
Requirements
- Based in the Greater Austin area and comfortable working on-site.
- 5–10+ years experience in electrical systems, AV, building automation, lighting controls, or energy technologies.
- Strong understanding of electricians, AV integrators, luxury builders, architects, and MEP engineers.
- Proven track record in developing and closing strategic accounts.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders such as owners, principals, and engineers.
- Ability to communicate complex building-system capabilities commercially.
