What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers while managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Foster long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving concerns.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with the Design Engineering team to translate customer requirements into effective AV/UC solutions.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings within the region.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in the Audio/Visual, Unified Communications, or related technology industry.
- Ability to travel 40% within the geographic territory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Formal education in sales or related fields.
