What you will do
- Achieve renewal rate targets and manage renewal processes for SMB accounts.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
- Conduct discovery calls and present value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate account records and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Build strong relationships with a portfolio of 40-60+ accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (SDR, inside sales) or renewal sales.
- Strong written and verbal English communication and proficiency in another European language required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately.
- Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability.
