Senior Performance Marketing Specialist: Taking full ownership of paid acquisition, managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive high-quality customer growth with an accent on maximising return, improving efficiency, and unlocking new scalable channels. Focus on identifying high-impact opportunities, designing thoughtful experiments, and continuously improving performance across the funnel from first click through to conversion.
Location: Hybrid role based in London, requiring 4 days per week in our Waterloo offices, with Wednesday as a Work From Home day.

What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid acquisition across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage significant budgets to maximise return while balancing scale and efficiency.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Drive ongoing testing across creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Design and execute structured experiments to unlock incremental growth and partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve post-click conversion.
- Define success metrics, build clear reporting frameworks, and provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid acquisition, managing and optimising campaigns that drive high-quality customer growth.
- Deep expertise in ad platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to turn data into measurable commercial impact and identify new channel opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to continuously analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and executing structured experiments to unlock incremental growth.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
