What you will do

• Own end-to-end Paid Search strategy for 5-6 high-growth eCommerce brands, ensuring performance targets and roadmap execution.
• Lead the paid search agenda in client strategy meetings and commercial initiatives.
• Execute day-to-day performance and implementation for client accounts, including campaign structure, ad copy, and budget allocation.
• Own the full reporting narrative, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with the Head of Paid Search to execute the UK vision and product roadmap.
• Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, driving knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in-house setting.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, SA360, and a feed provider equivalent (e.g., Shoptimised).
• Commitment to best-in-class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for staying embedded in technical details.
• Track record of driving Paid Search performance through roadmaps and continuous testing.
