What you will do
- Implement and oversee acquisition efforts, supporting business growth through ROI-based and data-driven methods.
- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and targets.
- Manage digital marketing activities across paid channels: social, search, PPC, and display.
- Conduct research and analyses on datasets to create effective program and campaign strategies.
- Optimize channel performance against KPIs and support budget allocation and spend management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy & Planning leaders, and Creative teams to align marketing strategies with regional goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and working with client-side and agency teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and spoken.
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- B2B experience is essential.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
