Senior Account Manager (Sales): Strengthening the Account Management team and driving growth of commercial partnerships in the Brazilian and Mexican markets across Cashback, Community, and Voucher verticals. Focus on creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Hybrid working scheme.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to key retail partners, understanding their goals and co-developing initiatives that grow their performance on the platform.
- Negotiate and manage long-term commercial agreements and strengthen key client relationships.
- Translate data into strategy: analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, analytics, marketing, operations) to deliver impactful partner solutions.
- Represent at meetings, industry events, and conferences in Latin American markets.
- Continuously monitor, report, and communicate results, ensuring full alignment with partner objectives and internal growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, client advisory, commercial or account management ideally within digital, marketing, or e-commerce industries.
- Previous experience working with the Mexican market.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- Ability to think in frameworks and outcomes: structured problem-solving, clear prioritization, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Natural strategic storyteller, ability to turn analytical findings into compelling narratives.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
