What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to key retail partners, understanding their goals and co-developing initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage long-term commercial agreements and strengthen key client relationships.
- Translate data into strategy: analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
- Represent hirify.global at meetings, industry events, and conferences, becoming a trusted voice in Latin American markets.
- Continuously monitor, report, and communicate results, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and internal strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, client advisory, commercial, or account management, ideally within digital, marketing, or e-commerce industries.
- Previous experience working with the Mexican market.
- Eagerness to move from advising to executing, taking ownership of growth strategies.
- Strong structured problem-solving, clear prioritization, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to turn analytical findings into compelling narratives that inspire clients and internal stakeholders.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments, valuing curiosity, commercial thinking, and initiative.
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
