TL;DR

LATAM Account Executive: Driving software sales and developing new opportunities for a product company in the LATAM region with an accent on achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. Focus on qualifying needs, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the entire sales cycle while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in Brazil and may require limited travel (up to 50%).

What you will do

  • Qualify customer-specific needs and develop solution criteria.
  • Achieve and exceed new license bookings by identifying solutions and owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Independently conduct non-technical product demonstrations and partner with Sales Engineering for technical demonstrations.
  • Enter customer and related information in Salesforce to maintain CRM accuracy and document lead development.
  • Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management.
  • Build consultative relationships with end customers to close opportunities through both direct and channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales capacity, preferably account management.
  • Ability to build and sustain trust among customers of various levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are absolutely a must.
  • Ability to learn and maintain in-depth technical product knowledge.
  • Ability to manage over 100 opportunities simultaneously.
  • English and Portuguese required.
  • Position based in Brazil.
