Location: Hybrid, Philadelphia, PA, United States. Applicants must be based in the US.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD (base annual salary), with an annual target bonus of $9,000–$12,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Own pipeline generation targets and drive measurable increases in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and sourced pipeline.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid media, content syndication, email, webinars, events, ABM).
  • Build and manage quarterly and annual demand plans aligned to go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, paid social) with a focus on CAC efficiency and pipeline ROI.
  • Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages and nurture programs.
  • Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, report on performance, and develop dashboards.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting funnel and attribution data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
