What you will do

• Lead and mentor a lean product marketing team towards excellence.
• Own the platform storytelling and shape the narrative for intelligent workflow technology.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to improve product positioning.
• Support thought leadership and analyst relations with technical insights and demos.
• Enable internal product marketing, commercial, and technical teams with content and tech specs.
• Drive and manage product launches and releases for the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in product marketing with at least 3 years managing people.
• Experience working in B2B technology, ideally in a hyper-growth stage.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for product storytelling and developing people in their careers.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
