Customer Marketing Lead, Enterprise (AI): Developing and executing industry-specific customer marketing strategies for enterprise verticals with an accent on integrated, multi-channel campaigns featuring real customer stories. Focus on building industry-specific customer communities and evidence to drive sector-by-sector adoption of beneficial AI.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Currently, all staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available, but not guaranteed for every role/candidate.
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute industry-specific customer marketing strategies for priority verticals.
- Conceive and produce integrated, multi-channel customer campaigns (video, digital, events, social, paid media).
- Partner with brand and creative teams to embed customer stories into hirify.global’s brand campaigns.
- Build a portfolio of industry-specific customer references and stories showcasing Claude’s impact.
- Build and nurture industry-specific customer communities, advisory groups, and peer networks.
- Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing programs, refining strategy with data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, industry marketing, or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Experience producing high-production, multi-format customer campaigns beyond written content.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing programs tailored to specific industry verticals.
- Strong storytelling abilities with the skill to adapt messaging for different industry audiences.
- Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness, with experience defining and tracking industry-specific KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and an understanding of industry AI adoption approaches.
