What you will do

  • Lead alignment and operational rhythm to craft integrated, data-driven executive marketing strategies.
  • Develop consistent global programs with aligned goals, messaging, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Direct, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing campaign managers.
  • Own and deliver global executive engagement and pipeline targets.
  • Establish a global strategic roadmap to test, optimize, and scale future programming.
  • Continuously evolve approach, tools, and executional excellence at scale using prior experience and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing global integrated campaigns with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in marketing to executive audiences.
  • 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams with global pipeline and efficiency accountability.
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms.
  • 7+ years scaling integrated campaigns in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows.
