What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
- Own the marketing funnel and associated metrics, with a relentless focus on optimizing for CAC and conversion.
- Lead the commercial launch execution for new product features and integrations, partnering with Product and Comms.
- Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels, including paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Own governance and quality control within hirify.global’s agentic marketing workflow, ensuring strategic clarity, brand coherence, and regulatory alignment.
- Build scalable marketing processes, establish reporting, and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years owning demand generation or growth at a scaling SaaS company.
- Proven track record of owning and achieving key marketing metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Experience scaling a marketing function through significant ARR growth phases in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of agentic workflows in the context of marketing and demand generation.
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Experience marketing to the gaming, social media, or EdTech industries.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows.
