TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Driving incremental business and expanding cloud-based software usage in existing hirify.global customers with an accent on consultative sales, C-Level stakeholder engagement, and complex deal closure. Focus on building long-term strategic relationships and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This role requires in-office presence three days a week and is based in San Mateo, CA.

Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 USD + Variable Compensation (annual base salary)

What you will do

  • Expand cloud-based software usage in existing customers through upsell and cross-sell to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Create and articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to the closure of large complex deals.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Analyze sales/metrics data to evolve strategy and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Natural communicator who knows how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and drive value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Consultative, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to sales.
