What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in Research & Advisory and Tax & Accounting products to effectively position them to customers.
- Execute the prescribed sales methodology to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Manage and grow accounts by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and updating CRM records.
- Drive new business development through prospecting, meetings, industry events, and presentations.
- Retain and expand existing business by engaging clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable specifications and support issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including formal sales training.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
- Proven ability to create and execute business plans and accurate forecasts.
- Ability to apply a consultative sales approach and turn networking contacts into viable business opportunities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with on-premise software, SaaS business applications, or information services.
- Recognition for top sales performance (e.g., Presidentβs Club).
- Prior sales experience in the Tax & Accounting industry.
- Familiarity with Tax and/or Accounting concepts and terminology.
