Location: Primarily remote within Poland with occasional travel to local office or regional hubs. Regular travel within Spain for cross-market collaboration.

What you will do

• Generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
• Own the full sales cycle, from qualifying prospects to closing contracts.
• Apply consultative selling to uncover high-value GenAI use cases.
• Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and AI adoption policies.

Requirements

• Native-level Polish plus English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of sales experience or exceptional achievements as a recent graduate.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive, high-pressure environments.
• Proven execution mindset, capable of generating and closing your own leads.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
