GTM Associate (Netherlands): Drive ’s growth in the Netherlands by leading early sales efforts, generating pipeline from scratch, and owning the full sales cycle. Location: HQ in Stockholm with some flexibility, regular travel within the Netherlands and occasional cross-market collaboration

What you will do
- Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media.
- Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts.
- Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases.
- Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch plus English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive, high-pressure environments.
- Proven execution mindset, capable of generating and closing your own leads.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Are a high-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success.
- Have 1–2 years of sales experience or exceptional achievements as a recent graduate.
