What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound trial users, from initial contact to conversion.
- Engage trial customers via calls and emails to understand business needs and demonstrate value.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase solutions and guide users toward purchasing decisions.
- Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth deal progression.
- Support trial users through the decision-making process, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to optimize lead distribution and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience as an Account Executive.
- Proficient in hirify.global CRM with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Experience in SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of diverse industries, including startups, real estate, fintech, and consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-building.
- Fluency in English.
