Location: Hybrid setup from our Madrid hub, in Spain.

Salary: Competitive base, uncapped commission, and access to our equity programme.

hirify.global is a Spain-founded startup building an AI-powered Treasury Management Platform, backed by Creandum with a €15M Series A, aiming to dominate the Spanish market.

What you will do

  • Turn curiosity into sales conversations via email, events, and calls.
  • Manage end-to-end SaaS sales cycles (discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
  • Utilize AI and data to prospect smarter and follow up faster.
  • Translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact for clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Share insights to shape the Spain go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience running mid-market SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Ability to understand and speak the language of finance teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments (resourceful, composed, inventive).
  • Confidence in speaking with senior finance leaders.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English required.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency and insight.
