What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and net new business from prospects and current customers.
- Understand customer business environments and align hirify.global solutions to their needs.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through calls, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Present product information to prospects, customers, and partners.
- Strategize collaboratively for solving deal-level challenges and accurately forecast quarterly revenue.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience selling enterprise software solutions (multi-million dollar transactions, 6-24 month sales cycles) within the F500 space.
- Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions in areas like Customer Experience (CX), Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS), Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Conversational AI, and CRM.
- Proven track record of developing strategic C-level relationships and building new pipelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate strategic vision and complex technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
