Salary: $103,100.00 - $191,500.00

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and net new business from prospects and current customers.
  • Understand customer business environments and align hirify.global solutions to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through calls, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
  • Present product information to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Strategize collaboratively for solving deal-level challenges and accurately forecast quarterly revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience selling enterprise software solutions (multi-million dollar transactions, 6-24 month sales cycles) within the F500 space.
  • Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions in areas like Customer Experience (CX), Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS), Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Conversational AI, and CRM.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic C-level relationships and building new pipelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate strategic vision and complex technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
