UI/UX Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design interfaces and user experiences for the main platforms.
• Build and maintain design systems, including auto layouts and component variants.
• Document the behavior and usage rules of new modules.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver a consistent user experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial project experience.
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and design system methodologies.
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to find, evaluate, and apply relevant design references.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and design rationale.

Nice to have

• Experience with Framer, Spline, or Rive and basic interface animation.
• Experience designing internal products.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
