TL;DR

Middle UI/UX Designer: Developing and creating UI and UX for web and mobile applications with an accent on technical requirements and client communication. Focus on leading projects from conception to completion, managing design systems, and analyzing user data to improve UX.

Location: Remote globally, with options to work from offices in Kyiv, Lviv (Ukraine) or Warsaw (Poland).

What you will do

  • Develop and create UI and UX for web applications, mobile apps, and other digital solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Engage in direct communication with clients and team members abroad, managing their expectations.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Work with design systems, expanding and modernizing them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Upper-intermediate English for both spoken and written communication.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Knowledge and application of iOS and Android guidelines.
