What you will do

• Design user-friendly corporate websites and high-converting landing pages from scratch.
• Redesign and update existing corporate sites and create functional email templates.
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using Figma to visualize user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to align designs with brand identity and business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI and web design, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into the design process.
• English: Intermediate or higher.
• Russian: Close to native (C2).
