What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design for features while managing operational DesignOps responsibilities.
• Implement AI-augmented workflows to automate accessibility audits, documentation, and token management.
• Drive AI adoption by introducing new tools, improving AI literacy, and supporting automation pipelines.
• Govern design systems, including versioning, naming conventions, and adoption tracking.
• Manage design token architectures and integrate token pipelines between Figma and development environments.
• Lead client workshops on process optimization, design system strategy, and team scaling.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/Product Design with a focus on DesignOps.
• Proven expertise in Figma, Tokens.Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with active use of AI-augmented design workflows.
• Strong understanding of design tooling ecosystems and technical developer workflows (CI/CD, APIs).
• Experience managing design systems and cross-team coordination.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
• Background in pre-sales activities and client-facing strategy.
