What you will do
- Own and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, retention, and expansion targets.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by positioning fintech solutions.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles, including renewals, contract expansions, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account health and performance using CRM systems, KPIs, and financial metrics, providing accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of managing strategic customer portfolios and negotiating agreements.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Experience with API integrations, digital platforms, or financial technology solutions.
