What you will do

• Own a portfolio of large SMB customers and develop high engagement with influential users.
• Consult customers on consolidating their financial stack by leveraging Perk’s unified Travel and Spend capabilities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Perk portfolio of products.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the Spend product within your existing book of business.
• Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve each issue.
• Be Perk’s biggest advocate within your clients and your clients' biggest advocate within Perk.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably managing a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
• Experience in the Travel industry, Fintech, Expense Management, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Customer-focused with a passion for working with people and solving financial pain points for businesses.
