TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Responsible for winning new business with large, complex accounts across banking, fintech, and the crypto industry with an accent on managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from first conversation through to close. Focus on finding and developing new opportunities through outreach, events, and working alongside partners.
Location: Must be based in NYC or close by, and happy to come into the office regularly

What you will do
- Win new business with large financial institutions, banks, exchanges, and crypto companies.
- Find and develop new opportunities through outreach, events, and partner collaboration.
- Build a clear understanding of each account's needs and key stakeholders to drive deals.
- Run an organized sales process with clean next steps, accurate forecasting, and CRM management.
- Work with the solutions team on product evaluations and address technical questions from customers.
- Partner with Growth and Product teams on account strategy to accelerate deals.
Requirements
- Has 3 to 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally selling software or data products to large businesses or financial institutions
- Has a track record of hitting their targets and closing meaningful new business
- Is highly organised, follows through consistently, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks
- Communicates clearly in writing and in conversation
- Responds quickly and takes ownership of their deals without needing to be chased
- Is coachable and actively wants to get better at their craft
Nice to have
- Has some exposure to fintech, crypto, or financial services, or is genuinely curious about the space and motivated to learn fast
