What you will do

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.

  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as required.
  • Educate and develop prospects, facilitating hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts through cold calling.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success, especially in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with excellent listening.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote ideas persuasively.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Strong self-motivation and a diligent work ethic.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of core sales tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
  • Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa.
  • Experience working hirify.globally.
