TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Feeding the sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective hirify.global customers for an intelligent travel and spend management platform with an accent on running outreach campaigns using various channels. Focus on understanding the needs of target prospects, articulating value, and maintaining accurate CRM information.

Location: This role is hybrid, requiring you to be within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub and work in person 3 days a week. You also get a "work from anywhere" allowance of 20 working days per year.

Salary: $55,000 (base) - $80,000 OTE (base + commission)

What you will do

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
  • Qualify leads during phone calls, engage them, and schedule consultations for Sales Executives.
  • Seek to understand the needs of target prospects and articulate hirify.global’s value.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop awareness and improve lead qualification.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, or Travel Managers to explain the hirify.global Value Proposition.

Requirements

  • Work format: Hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in person at Boston or Chicago hubs.
  • Previous experience working in a startup selling SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of success (overachievement) within a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Strong character, perseverance, and goal orientation.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, LeadIQ.
  • Curiosity for tech and AI to improve workflows and drive efficiency.
