What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to map and prioritize target accounts across America, executing outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
- Screen and qualify inbound leads, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to Account Executives.
- Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget.
- Represent hirify.global at key American tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI.
- Gather market intelligence and share it with Product and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting American markets.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.

- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.
