TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Feeding the sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective enterprise hirify.global customers with an accent on running outreach campaigns and understanding prospect needs. Focus on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying enterprise-level accounts and articulating hirify.global's value proposition.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston hub (USA) for hybrid work (3 days/week in-person). Relocation support to the USA is offered for certain roles.

Salary: $66,000 (Base), $96,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
  • Qualify and engage leads during phone calls, then schedule consultations for Sales Executives.
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Exclusively identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise-level accounts.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, or Travel Managers to explain hirify.global's value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an SDR role or equivalent selling SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of overachievement within a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the sales development lifecycle.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Strong character, perseverance, and a goal-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of the Boston hub (USA) for hybrid work (3 days/week in-person).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, Orum, LeadIQ.
  • Curiosity for tech and AI for improving workflows and sales process efficiency.
