What you will do
- Manage a pipeline of IT projects, timelines, risks, and customer expectations.
- Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability.
- Plan, control, and allocate project budgets.
- Communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Forecast project growth/decline and monitor team performance metrics.
- Perform RFP analysis, evaluate proposed solutions, and prepare commercial proposals for clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, change and risk management).
- 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
- Solid understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools (Agile, Fix Price).
- Good technical knowledge (previous developer work is a big plus).
- Experience in different domains (Fintech or Healthcare).
- Practical knowledge of the software product development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management.
- English: Intermediate+ (B2).
