What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of IT projects, timelines, risks, and customer expectations.
• Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability.
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets.
• Communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Forecast project growth/decline and monitor team performance metrics.
• Perform RFP analysis, evaluate proposed solutions, and prepare commercial proposals for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem-solving, change and risk management).
• 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Solid understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools (Agile, Fix Price).
• Good technical knowledge (previous developer work is a big plus).
• Experience in different domains (Fintech or Healthcare).
• Practical knowledge of the software product development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2).
