What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery for client projects, ensuring predictability across scope, timeline, quality, and risks.
  • Apply Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches pragmatically and maintain processes in partnership with Tech Leads.
  • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and building trust.
  • Take financial accountability for project-level revenue, gross margin, cost efficiency, and forecasting.
  • Participate in team composition, conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and create a stable, delivery-focused team environment.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks and manage dependencies within and across projects.
  • Use AI tools for delivery management activities and actively integrate AI-driven improvements into SDLC processes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in delivery management within software development outsourcing.
  • Proven ownership mindset, accountable for outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to work independently, make balanced decisions, and use a data-driven approach.
  • Calm, non-conflict communication style, especially under pressure.
  • Financial awareness: margin control, forecasting, revenue ownership.
  • English: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.

Nice to have

  • Scrum certification.
  • Experience integrating AI into SDLC processes.
  • Client-facing advisory experience or participation in presales/upsales activities.
