What you will do
- Own day-to-day management of client engagements from initiation through to close.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and solution areas.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Track engagement financials, including budgets, forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and client satisfaction, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting delivery of complex consulting engagements or programmes.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of project and programme management disciplines.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, or complex client environments.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- English: B2 required for effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
