What you will do

• Apply project management methodologies like SCRUM to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project scope, prioritize backlog, and ensure focus on delivering against the roadmap.
• Monitor and report on project progress using metrics like burn-down charts, velocity, and cycle time.
• Identify and remove obstacles, providing resources or resolving conflicts to facilitate delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning and executing mid-size software development projects.
• Ability to clearly communicate project updates in both German and English, adapting language for technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset in project planning and delivery processes.
• Experience working effectively within product-led technology organizations.
